I missed the pre-order of an item that I really liked. Does that mean I won't be able to purchase the item in future?

Due to our business model, each collection that we produce is unique to that time period & is limited to those that have pre-ordered the item at the time. We will produce limited excess stock in case of issues with sizing and quality, but once that's gone, the collection will not be available at any point after that (unless we revisit the collection/create another round of pre-order).

The best way to get involved with a collection is to pre-order early, so as to make use of the discounts & make sure you get your desired item and size. When the collection's gone, it's gone!

 

If I order an item in the pre-order stage, when should I expect to receive it?

We make all orders at the end of the 3-week pre-order stage, which then takes around another week to be processed & delivered. This means that, if you order in Week One, you could be waiting around 4 weeks before receiving your item. This is why we've implemented the 25% week one discount - meaning that, though you're waiting longer for your item, you'll have an exclusive deal that other customers who order later won't get.

Which size I should go for for my desired fit?

For specific sizes for each item, check our size guide for more info. Alternatively, we're always more than happy to answer your questions as best we can. Contact us on Instagram or Email and we'll be happy to help you out.

 

My item is not in the condition that I would have expected it to be. What should I do?

We try our utmost to get the item to you in the same prime condition as we would expect. If an item is not what you expected in any way, shoot us an email and we will be happy to sort that out with you ASAP.
